Project plot area- 2200 sq.ft., BUA- 3000 sq.ft. residence located at Thiruvencherry, Chennai. A contemporary haven designed for modern living, where clean lines, minimalist aesthetics, and functional spaces come together to create a serene retreat,
tailored to meet the understanding of client needs.
Design interlocks the idea of villa type completely dedicated structure to clients living with a rented portion which both having private entrance,
the villa side has the amminities such as extended living room connected to outdoor and a double height space connected to staircase, outdoor seating spaces, skylight features and private balconies with interesting features. The extended deck portion connects with hall and dining with wide openable glass door which is protected with some interesting pattern of M.S.works which acts a safety feature and also a dynamic pattern eye catching to sunlight over time to time. Facade treated with very soft tones of colour with textures treatment.  project details:
